Introduction
The CN3001 is a low power consumption, high accuracy, low noise, highspeed, low drop-out voltage regulator with Chip Enable Pin, high ripplerejection and fast discharge function.The current limiter’s fold-back circuit operates as a short circuitprotection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin.Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to4.5V.
The CN3001 is available in SOT23-5 package.
